Notification And Delivery
- The ILL department notifies by e-mail when the item arrives or if there are any problems with your request.
- If you prefer an alternative form of notification please speak with an ILL staff member.
On Campus Students:
- When requested materials have arrived, they may be picked up the Interlibrary Loan Office (Sylvia Dominguez’s office at the Library), or at the library Circulation Desk, when the Interlibrary Loan Office is closed.
Distance Education Students:
- ILL BOOKS will be mailed to your home address.
- ILL ARTICLES will be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed per requestor’s instructions.
Faculty:
- Whenever possible, articles and papers for faculty members are delivered to their departmental mailboxes or sent via campus mail.
- Faculty members who prefer to pick up their articles in the ILL office should speak with an ILL staff member.
