Document Delivery Guidelines
Document delivery is a library service used to obtain material for patrons that do not have access to our on-campus collections. Document deliver includes books/journals readily available at the Robert A. Williams Library. Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is used to obtain documents (journal articles, book chapters, books, and audiovisuals) not available at our library.
Access
The document delivery service is available to all distance education students.
If you are not a distance education student, you may place a hold on the item you need. The library staff will hold the item at the circulation desk until you are able to pick it up. To place a hold, look up your item in the Online Catalog and click "Place Hold."
