Mission
The mission of the Library is to support the educational programs and goals of Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences by providing instruction and resource materials that promote spiritual, professional, and personal development.
Information Resources
The Library houses more than 15,000 books and e-books, 1,100 videos, 150 print journals, and 20,000 full-text electronic journals. The books, videos, and print journals can be searched using the Library Catalog. The electronic journals can be searched through the Library's databases.
Computer Services
The Library has computers with Internet access for student use. We encourage academic use of the computers only, especially during peak operating hours. Loaner laptops are available for checkout at the circulation desk.
Reference Services
Individual professional reference service is available Sunday through Friday during all hours of operation. Visit the Library or go to Ask-A-Librarian for more information.
Instructional services
The Library staff offer customized group and individual instruction in creating search strategies and in using information resources, such as databases or educational modules. Faculty may request group instruction for their students regarding a specific assignment.
Location
The Library is located on the campus of Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences, on the first floor and second floors of the General Education Building.
